Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Head of Finance to manage and develop the Finance functions, in line with agreed strategic objectives. As support to the European Management Team, to contribute to the wider management of the business.

The key responsibilities for the Head of Finance includes:
-Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strategic plan, with particular
emphasis on the Finance function within the Europe region.
-Participate in market infrastructure change initiatives, providing input from a commercial,
finance and planning perspective.
-Support the Sales and Relationship Management processes, as required, in the Finance and
Planning functional ownership role.
-Manage the preparation of a comprehensive monthly MIS report for the Europe business.
-Responsible for the achievement of target KPI's relating to Finance client service.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.

Our client is seeking a qualified ACCA/CIMA/ICAS/ICAEW/CPA candidate along with sound knowledge of the securities industry and global market infrastructure. You should also have a European language skills such as French and German.
