An exciting opportunity for a customer focused and ambitious Facilities Customer Manager to join a well-known, global blue chip organisation in the city. The Facilities Customer Manager will oversee the day-to-day facilities operations and FM contractors within the organisations prestigious and newly built headquarters that houses approx 2000 employees.

The Facilities Customer Manager will have experience of managing both soft and hard services, will have a strong client and customer service approach, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Facilities Customer Manager will be a pro-active problem solver and will be a main point of contact for both service providers and employees on site. The Facilities Customer Manager will ensure that the service providers and contractors are providing the organisation with an outstanding FM service, while exceeding SLA's and KPI''s.. An exciting role for an ambitious FM, who will ideally have experience of managing budgets and contractors gained within a corporate environment, along with experience in project management and moves. The FM will also have a sound knowledge of H&S legislations and will ideally hold a relevant H&S qualification.
