Corporate Actions Processor - Docklands
A corporate actions processor is sought by a highly eminent corporate & investment bank, based in London's Docklands.

The purpose of the role focuses on the processing of all pacific and african corporate actions. The incumbent should be a dynamic and resourceful individual, be self-motivated and have an active approach to problem resolution. They must be flexible and possess the ability to successfully react to workload changes. The incumbent will have good oral and written communication skills and have the ability to liaise effectively with team members and manager

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:-
- processing of incoming data from sub custodians
- daily diary completion of all events
- dealing with ad hoc inquiries
- efficient administration of all event types
- processing of client instructions
- reconciliation of the firms position
- ensuring all processing is completed in line with departmental procedures

You will have demonstrable experience within corporate actions, a working knowledge of external applications including Euroclear and CREST, and worldwide market knowledge. Experience of processing mandatory corporate actions is required, and experience of stock lending would be a distinct advantage.

The role will give you exposure to a wide variety of countries, a broad range of products, and all operational areas due to your corporate actions 'hub' positioning within the organisation.
