Global Consultant Data Analyst - London

A global consultant data analyst is required for a leading global investment management firm, providing financial services for consumers, small business and commercial banking, financial transaction processing, asset and wealth management, and private equity.

The Analyst will serve as an initial contact with consultants and the global consultant relations team to fulfill reactive servicing needs. The successful candidate will manage inquiries and requests (by phone, email or fax), providing both internal and external client service. The analyst will also respond to ad hoc search-related requests to support the consultant relations team, consultants and RFP editors.

Other duties include but are not limited to:-
- maintaining standard daily, monthly and quarterly communications with consultants.
- proactively distribute collateral and updates
- maintaining dialogue with senior market-facing professionals to maintain consistency of firm brand and product messaging across consultant databases.
- taking responsibility for ensuring accuracy of information across all databases by regularly liaising with portfolio managers, where appropriate, portfolio specialists, portfolio analysts and investment writers as well as utilizing marketing collateral such as KITS, Product Reference Sheet, Flash Reports and RFP content to confirm the consistency of qualitative and quantitative inputs.

The ideal candidate will be a communications professional with institutional marketing, proposal or consultant database experience that is able to quickly establish credibility by demonstrating a strong understanding of the firms brand, investment products and vehicles. The candidate will have a strong grasp of both quantitative and qualitative data used to represent investment products to the institutional marketplace. The candidate will also demonstrate an understanding regarding the sensitivity of information fed to the marketplace in terms of consistency and accuracy of data as well as the timeliness and responsiveness to consultant and internal client service requests.

Naturally, you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organisation with strong numerical skills and attention to detail
