This renowned international top tier investment bank is looking for an ambitious Loans Administrator with over 300,000 employees in 83 countries and territories this investment bank is one of the largest financial services organisations in the world, and one of the few banks with a truly global presence.

You will be a pivotal member of the loans team, which processes all aspects of loans, including payments, fees, interest and repayments. This involves system input using Power Commercial Loans (PCL) in line with procedures and loan documentation, in a timely, cost effective manner whilst meeting time critical deadlines.

Specific duties will include:


-Obtain rollover, draw down and repayment instructions from the agent
- All instructions received from agent borrower are checked against the conformed loan documentation to ensure
-Ensure that payments are ready to release by 12 noon
-Take responsibility for keeping outstanding cash items to a minimum,
-Set up new loans in a timely manner with a good understanding of the loan documentation.
-Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance to all relevant internal and external rules,
- Maintain internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of syndicated and bilateral loan facilities as well as an understanding of the documentation and be able to investigate & resolve queries in a timely manner. Experience is also required in reconciling items over suspense and nostro accounts, reviewing and keeping procedures up to date and complying with bank standards.
