A distinctive, market leading global investment bank is looking to add a Sales Recruiter (preferably fluent in a European language) to their current team. Reporting to the Head of Front Office recruitment the Sales Recruiter role will see you recruit a mixture of full-time European and summer analyst vacancies.

The role
- Predominately recruitment of Analyst with some associate hiring
- Full control and management of application systems
- Screening applications, conducting telephone interviews and organisation of assessment days
- Management and development of university relationships and managing budget for some key schools.
The person
- Strong academic background, AGR is preferable but not essential
- Previous Graduate recruitment experience is a must - specifically at coordinator level ideally in an investment bank or financial services organisation
- PSL/SHL experience required
- A modern European language preferably Spanish/Italian would be an advantage
- Experience of using a candidate management system is also essential
