Position: Business Analyst - Edinburgh, City Centre
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum pro rata

An opportunity has arisen for a skilled business analyst to work in the Edinburgh arm of one of the worlds largest and prolific investment custodians. The business analyst will be responsible for reviewing and standardising Client Service Level Agreements

Responsibilities of the business analyst:

- To review existing client SLAs to ensure all activity is recorded, charged for as appropriate and
liability for both parties is clear
- To develop and Produce a standard SLA which could be utilized for both existing and new clients
Drive changes through with key stakeholders

Skills and knowledge base required of the business analyst:

- Investment Operations background with an understanding of affiliated processes
- Previous experience of writing and/or analysing Service Level Agreements
- Understanding of regulatory compliance (FSA Guidelines) and operational risk requirements would be advantageous
- An understanding of Legal Contracts would be advantageous
- Project management experience would be beneficial
- Good IT skills

This is a 6 month fixed term contract for a Business Analyst paying £25,000 - £35,000 per annum. This is a Monday - Friday position.
