Structured SPMO - SPV Non Funds Support - London

A prestigious international investment bank requires a professional to work within their structured product middle office (SPMO) - SPV non funds support team.

The SPMO is a group responsible for supporting the cross-product transaction management of all structured trades in Europe.

This centralised group provides support to both the structurers and the trading desks.

The key responsibilities of this role include:-

- to actively co-ordination around trade booking, product identifier set up on trade date
- to provide daily support for the structuring desks
- understanding the trade structures and risk booking within our risk management systems
- working with the key stakeholders to ensure all new structures are correctly set up, and captured within the firms infrastructure to facilitate the controlled and efficient processing of new deals
- working with the relevant key stakeholders to draft and manage the internal/external approval of the legal documentation required for sign off on issue date.

Experience of derivative middle office roles is preferred, but not essential. You will also have to be confident in dealing with demanding business people and be able to protect the interests and reputation of the firm.
