• UK Affluent Team Leader - Docklands

A UK affluent team leader is required for a leading international investment bank. The role is based in London's Docklands.


The bank serves affluent, high net worth and intermediary clients worldwide, providing international and private banking, fiduciary services, investment management and brokerage.


The team leader will manage and motivate a team of senior review officers to deliver exceptional customer relations services to UK affluent high net-worth clientele whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory parameters. A key element of the role is to develop a team that will achieve resolution to customer complaints executed at speed and within specified timescales.


The successful candidate will have knowledge of the data protection act/consumer credit act/financial services authority and equivalent local legislation, to ensure compliance with the bank's regulatory requirements. This role requires strong knowledge of the UK/global economic conditions and competitor activity and the implications of these on our clients.


Direct experience of managing small teams is a preferred but not an essential requirement.
