Senior Fund Administrator required for a diverse multinational investment company who has been voted by its staff as premier organisation to work for. We are seeking experienced Fund Administrators who have experience in leading a team in back office operations within the investment industry. Our client offers customised investment solutions to asset managers, pension funds, hedge funds, insurance companies, collective funds and more.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Fund Administrator will include:
-Managing the team to ensure that all work is managed and produced on time as per with time frames and quality standards.
-Plan the production or work for the team within agreed deadlines
-Lead and motivate the team
-Promote and implement training and development for the team.
-Coach team members as necessary.
-Carry out team appraisals
-Monitor errors and potential breaches; escalate enquiries where further information is required.
-Undertake Fund Administration duties as required.


As a Senior Fund Administrator you will have previous fund administration experience along with market knowledge preferably coupled with an IAQ. Your team management experience will come to the fore giving you an excellent opportunity to further your career with this progressive organisation.
