RFP Specialist - London

An RFP specialist is required by an eminent global investment management firm.

This role will be to take responsibility for the completion of complex requests for proposals, develop and enhance databases, provide guidance to junior RFP specialists and recommend policies and procedures related to creation of RFP's to management.

Other essential functions of the position involve:-
- independently complete complex, as well as "standard" RFPs.
- develop new standard language, with input from subject matter experts and management.
- maintaining RFP response databases.
- conducting complex data analysis, prepares and presents response materials.
- working closely with sales to insure consistency between departments.
- manages various projects aimed at enhancing materials, streamlining processes and providing superior support.

To be successful in this role, you must have a solid knowledge of investment management businesses, products and services and the institutional marketplace. Ideally you be fluent in Mandarin and have exceptional written and conversational skills in English

Degree educated (or equivalent) is required for this role.
