Global Tax Services - International Tax Manager - AVP/VP - London


A tax manager is required for a leading global provider of innovative custody, fund accounting & administration and securities services to the world's largest institutional investors, alternative asset managers and debt and equity issuers.


The global tax services team provides tax support to the firm's businesses encompassing global custody, clearance & agency, fund servicing and alternative investments products and solutions. The global tax services group is seeking an international tax manager to join the European team based in London, focusing primarily on the support of the alternative investment services business.


Key responsibilities will be to provide tax technical support for the securities services' lines of businesses and clients, especially in alternative investment services (hedge fund services, global derivative services and private equity fund services). You will assist the business areas in managing tax risk.


You will ideally be from a legal, economic or financial background. A postgraduate degree, or equivalent qualification, in international taxation will be an advantage. Professional experience in the legal or financial/banking industry is required.
