Metals / Softs Commodities Trade Support - London

A highly-esteemed eminent investment bank requires a highly-skilled, experienced individual for metals / softs commodities trade support.

The back office team for commodities supports the European commodities business across the following business lines: gas, power, coal, freight, emissions, oil, base and precious metals, softs and weather, trading is both physical and financial. Products range from vanilla derivatives to complex options and structured and hybrid products.

The key responsibilities include:-

- Covering the activities of the softs, base and precious metals desk.
- Daily reconciliation of exchange, deal tickets, broker and counterparty confirmations ensuring that all information held in the commodities trading systems is accurate.
- Daily reconciliation of commodities trading desk positions requiring daily involvement with front office, product and financial control.

Commodities experience is required, and experience in softs, base and precious metals and related products are preferable. You will have had exposure and experience in commodity related documentation and products.
