Corporate Actions Administrator - Docklands

A specialist in providing asset servicing solutions requires a flexible corporate actions administrator with experience in the corporate actions sphere.

The role will consist of processing all corporate action events when securities are on loan. This will cover all international lending markets.

Other duties will include:-

- monitoring corporate event notifications received from the regional custody entitlements teams and the borrowing brokers.
- liaising externally with borrowers to ensure that all borrowers are duly pre-advised of corporate events for securities on loan.
- ensuring borrowers are promptly advised of client instructions and that entitlements are received and processed.
- liaising internally with the regional custody entitlements teams and other securities lending areas.
- reconciling record date stock positions
- ensuring cash and stock reconciliation exceptions are reviewed and cleared on a timely basis, escalating issues where appropriate

Global corporate actions experience is preferred, and desirably the candidate will have some experience of stock and cask reconciliations.
