• City of London £500 - £600 day Interim

Northern Trust - £500 per day

Resource needs strong BPA skills in Financial Services/ Income Collection process and equally strong project management disciplines. Candidate will be expected to work independently with guidance from NT Process management team and be expected to provide deliverables and project plans in accordance to NT SDLC project methodology. Deliverables may include IT project requests.

Business process re-engineering for Income and Tax processes surrounding Income processing. A Project has been initiated to investigate the potential gains of segmenting Income Operational processes into " component " parts. The following benefits are thought achievable :
- Increased efficiency and risk mitigation through segregation
- Improved alignment of responsibilities based on partner competency
- Accelerate 24/7 processing and GOM initiatives

The approach to this project will be one of " innovation" , rather than simply adapt current process and procedures, new ideas and solutions will be sought based on both current and future operational needs.
The roles should focus primarily on the BPA income expertise, with medium project management/organisation
