• Relationship Manager - Depositary Receipts - London

We are seeking a highly motivated, Russian-speaking individual to join the London based corporate client relationship management team to act as relationship manager for the existing client base within the CEE region.


As one of the world's largest financial services groups, our client is the leading depositary bank for global depositary receipts and global registered shares, providing a high quality, personalized service to issuers and a range of value-added services to ensure that both they and their investors obtain the highest benefit from their depositary receipt programme.


As a relationship manager, you will act as a single point of contact for the bank's client base. You will be advising corporate clients on the activity in their depositary receipt programme, and completing required regulatory controls and reporting functions.


A clear understanding of equity markets and corporate actions gained through good equities experience is required. You will also have good client advisory experience and excellent, proven client relationship skills. The perfect candidate will be fluent in Russian.
