• European Account Associate - West End

• West End £40,000 p/a Permanent

A European account associate is required for one of the world's largest investment management firms, managing over $700 billion in fixed-income assets for governments, foundations, institutions and individual investors. The role is based in London.


The account associates provide the client-servicing group at the firm with customized reporting, data retrieval, and research/analysis with the objective of leveraging account manager resources and enhancing client service.


As an integral part of this team, you will be responsible for the production of client reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly); the provision of market and portfolio data for use in client presentations; monitoring of performance by strategy for serviced accounts; and acting as part of a close knit team of client servicing and marketing professionals.


Knowledge of and passion for the fixed income markets and macroeconomics is required. You will demonstrate good understanding of fixed income, currency and derivative instruments. An analytical background in the front / middle office would be an advantage.
