A Leveraged Loans Administrator is required by one of the most prestigious international investment banks in the world.

The investment & agency section is responsible for the administration of the UK lending portfolio. The individual will administer a portfolio of complex, syndicated leveraged transactions, where the bank is the administrative agent, and with lender groups often in excess of 200 members. The individual is required to deliver a professional service to the banks clients and other lenders to an extremely high standard.

As a successful leveraged loans administrator, you will review draft loan documentation and provide comments on the operational aspects of the transaction. You will establish the client and investor group records in the banks lending system, and establish the operational records required to administer the transaction in the banks lending systems.

Thorough knowledge of standard banking practice and procedures is required, particularly as they relate to loan administration and payments, with a strong emphasis on syndicated lending. Knowledge of basic accountancy, leveraged finance transactions, and experience in administering large investor groups will hold the applicant in good stead.
