Investment Transactions Analyst, Transaction Processing Team

An investment transactions analyst is required for the transaction processing team of a prestigious financial services firm, based in Buckinghamshire.
The purpose of the role is to analyse and process standard and complex investment transactions. You will operate the communications hub and straight-through-processing.
Your responsibilities will be to review the daily, weekly and monthly tasks and sign off/authorise within the strict deadlines including: miscellaneous cash transactions (e.g. annual management charges and tax settlements); global cash movement instructions; creation and liquidation settlements; and money market transactions.
You will also provide guidance to colleagues and resolve financial queries and reconciliation breaks regarding processes, procedures and data issues.
It is essential you demonstrate the ability to cope well under extreme time pressure and thinking logically, as well as being aware of the impacts on others including the impact of dealing with complex investment instruments such as derivatives.
Good stakeholder management capabilities are required, and you will have proven knowledge of the statutory and regulatory environment as it applies to investment business and ability to adapt bau processes and procedures appropriately.
