A transitions coordinator is required for a leading provider of asset services and solutions. The role is based in London's Docklands


The Transfers team within the transitions group is responsible for the successful and efficient movement of client portfolios either internally between existing accounts or externally in respect of in-specie investments into fund vehicles. As a client driven process, the team is responsible for the successful and timely delivery of restructure and transitions activity to a high level of client satisfaction.


The transition team is a very busy, pressurised and exciting department. Each co-ordinator will be working on various assignments concurrently; each co-ordinator is fully trained to be able to undertake all transition types. This ensures the team is fully aware of all transition activities and provides the co-ordinator with full exposure to the business.


The successful individual must have a solid understanding of operations as a whole since the position is not specific to one issue or country. Some understanding of transition and accounting processes would be highly advantageous. Experience in a securities operations environment is essential.
