Joslin Rowe's client, an international investment organisation is looking for an experienced Team Leader to head up its Cash Management Team. Led by a team of dynamic and forward thinking directors, the firm has enjoyed great success in securing major clients due to their first rate service and advanced technologies

In this role you will be responsible for leading, motivating training and mentoring a team of 8 administrators.

Key Accountabilities will include:
-Communicate KPIs and team performance to Head of Operation and senior management on a regular basis
-Implement new cash processes in line with system enhancements & ensure all team members update team procedures
-Arrange and monitor timely settlement of all trades and inter company payments
-Ensure all account reconciliations are complete and accurate
-Monitor & raise relevant system issues and suggest improvements to negate future repetition
-Champion procedure and process enhancements to improve team efficiency
-Maintain and develop broker, Custodian Bank and Administrator relationships pertaining to sources of information relevant to fund client administration.
-Maintain records as are required to ensure the investment process is transparent to regulators and external auditors regarding Breach and Reconciliation Recording.

We are looking for candidates who have cash management investment experience and are analytical, ambitious and have proven leadership skills. Accountancy candidates who have legal cashiering experience, or candidates who have worked within Treasury in industry will also be considered
