A repo client control analyst is required for the successful, burgeoning funding operations team of an established and well-respected international investment bank. The role is based in London.


Working as an analyst in the repo client control area, the successful candidate will have the responsibility of monitoring repo client accounts for the bank's entities. They will be exposed to the overall securities industry and the operational flows for repo products.


Although repo client control does not have direct contact with clients, the analyst will interact with internal clients e.g. Settlements, middle office, compliance, credit, legal and regulatory. The analyst will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information, reporting to the sales force and senior management, whilst ensuring that there is limited exposure and risk to the firm.

Principal responsibilities


A general knowledge of repo products is highly beneficial, and you will ideally have had previous experience of working within the FSA's client money regulations. Knowledge of repo, reconciliations and control aspects is essential.
