A fixed income derivatives documentation drafting professional is required for one of the world's leading banks, based in London, which provides its clients with investment banking, private banking and asset management services worldwide.


The candidate will be working as part of the fixed income derivatives documentation group within OTC derivatives operations. The team are a group of professionals responsible for the drafting for structured credit products, structured interest rate and bond options (including managing the semi automated process).


Initially, your main duties and responsibilities will focus on drafting structured documentation for credit derivatives. This is an opportunity to represent the investment bank at the ISDA market and DTCC credit derivative working groups. You will raise and maintain the profile of the group and its customers.


It is essential the right candidate has investment banking experience, the majority of which should have been spent in a derivative documentation environment. Experience in drafting interest rate derivatives/credit derivatives documentation is also required.
