With headquarters in the US and offices in over 40 cities in 24 countries, our client provides in-depth research, portfolio strategy, trading and brokerage-related services and are one of the largest publicly traded global asset management firms in the world. They are now seeking an enthusiastic Audit Associate to assist with audit planning, execution, and reporting, and follow-up under the guidance of the Audit Manager - Non-US and Audit Team Leader - London.

The Audit Associate will be responsible for carrying out the following duties:
-Assist the Audit Manager/Audit Team Leader/Senior Audit Associate in carrying out the annual
audit plan by the following means
-Assist in planning the scope of audits
-Preparing audit programs and executing comprehensive audits in various financial areas of the
company, both domestic and international.
-Participate in audit planning, progress, and wrap-up meetings.
-Recommend corrective actions or business resolutions, if required, and follow-up on
implementation.
-Prepare audit workpapers that evidence completion of audit and form an adequate basis for the
audit report.
-Assist in preparing drafts of audit reports.

Our client will consider looking at candidates who are part/newly qualified with the relevant experience. You should also have experience within the funds management or other relevant financial services industry executing financial and operational audits, or in a related similar field (compliance, operational risk management).
