A relationship manager is required for the transfer agency of a highly prestigious investment management house. The role is based in London.


Working within the transfer agent relationship management team, the role will report directly to the manager. The relationship manager will manage the firm's transfer agents (TAs) and monitor that the administrators adhere to the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) for the investment fund, and investment trust.


Proven experience in financial services industry is preferred. Candidates should have strong relationship management skills and be computer literate. Additionally, project management and/or process management skills are highly desirable. The successful candidate will need to be a strong team player, happy to perform a variety of tasks and willing to learn new skills.


Language skills (French and/or German) would be a distinct advantage, but are not essential.
