• Futures Middle Office Associate, Investment Operations - London

• City of London £35,000 p/a Permanent

A middle office associate is required for the investment operations for a leading institutional money manager, who provide clients with the highest quality investment management services. The role is based in London.


You will be working for one of the most respected names in fixed income management. The role requires a diligent, high quality candidate. The candidate will be required to work in a small team in the middle office on the trade floor of the London office processing trades and providing support to the portfolio managers.


The primary responsibilities include regular contact with brokers to confirm trades, assisting with settlement queries and monitoring the in-house STP trade capture system. Thus strong trade flow management ability and good settlement experience are vital.


Futures experience is essential, and you will have a solid track record in similar roles. A financial background is vital, and an investment management certificate or industry qualification is highly preferred. You will demonstrate sound knowledge of settlement processes for all major types of asset class within European and global fixed income markets.
