This renowned international top tier investment bank is looking for an enthusiastic & talented Buisness analyst with strong Global one knowledge . With over 300,000 employees in 83 countries and territories this investment bank is one of the largest financial services organisations in the world, and one of the few banks with a truly global presence.

Within this you will become a key member of the Global Equity Finance Change Management team which has several IT and business process change initiatives within Securities Lending & Borrowing Operations at various stages of the project lifecycle which require assistance for delivery.
The role will necessitate full project lifecycle skills including gathering and documenting user requirements, planning, reporting, testing and migration to bring projects to successful conclusion.
The position will require liaison with IT, Line Operations, Front Office, vendors and potentially other project groups.


Specific duties will see you:

Engage with key business partners within the Bank to understand full requirements to ensure a smooth transition of business.
Ensure projects are appropriately governed.
Requirements gathering and documentation.
Project planning and reporting.
Execution of UAT.
User training / migration.
Undertake other process improvement and change programmes as requested.

As a minimum you will be required to have a strong understanding & working knowledge of Securities Lending & Borrowing Operations as well as an in depth knowledge of Global 1 processing to support UAT.
You will posses the ability to develop and execute operating plans aligned to a business strategy. You will have strong communication skills, with the credibility and confidence to influence and draw people together from various groups and levels.
