A fund manager's assistant is required for a FTSE100, global asset management company, managing over £100 billion of assets on behalf of institutional and retail investors, financial institutions and high net worth clients from around the world, investing in a broad range of asset classes across equities, fixed income and alternatives.


This is an interesting and varied role. For the right candidate, the role has genuine potential for personal and professional development. Working within the multi-asset FMA team, the FMA will be required to work predominantly focusing on multi-manager products.


Working closely with the fund managers, the fund manager's assistant will be responsible for implementation for daily cash flows and strategy changes across the multi-manager mutual fund range.


A high calibre individual is required, with the ability to work accurately and in an organised manner. An interest in investment management is essential, and you will show familiarity with operational procedures, especially with respect to dealing in unit trusts and mutual funds.
