A professional dividends administrator is required by a premier global custodian. The role is based in London.


The purpose of role is to perform various duties of the section for both UK and overseas holdings. You will validate and process all income due on holdings on core systems and to monitor and clear outstanding payments.


Specific duties include:

- Validating data feed information,

- Accrual validation,

- Dividend releasing,

- Monitoring and clearance of outstanding income/assigned cash reconciliation items, and

- Monitoring tax tables and tax reclamation.


Previous experience within financial services is required in order to succeed at this role. Good experience relevant to the position, solid academics, and knowledge of dividends will hold the candidate in good stead.
