Position - IFRS Manager

Salary - £40-50k

The IFRS Manager would report into the International Property Finance Manager and is responsible for delivery of Financial Reporting and Administration for several overseas property. The role involves managing an experienced team and a larger team of outsourced service providers in over 15 countries.

Role

To provide accounting and fund administration support across a range of Specialist European/Global Property Funds and Products.
Understand existing and new fund/product structures and applicable regulatory regimes
Work closely with the International Property Finance Manager and the Tax and Structuring team to assist with the delivery of fund and asset solutions.
Ensure that appropriate processes/controls are in place to meet appropriate audit and FSA standards
Ensure that all treasury related matters are controlled and administered


Requirements

Sound knowledge of accounting standards (UK and IFRS GAAP)
Experience of treasury (bank accounts, hedging)
General knowledge of FSA Regulations and Corporate Governance
Previous experience in a financial reporting environment
Worked within financial services environment (ideally property)
Financial Accounting and Reporting Skills
Previous management/supervisory experience

Qualifications

Graduate with CA or ACCA qualification
