An equity swaps AVP is required by a global premier investment bank. The role is distinctly high-calibre, and demands an extensively experienced professional, to be based in London.


Equity swaps client services is a client facing role responsible for the settlement of equity swaps. The area work s extensively with the client and the trading desks to resolve any queries and ensure that trades are settled on time.


Main duties and responsibilities will focus on the supervision and management of a team of highly skilled professionals. You will mentor, appraise, and give 1-2-1s on a regular basis; motivating the team to higher levels. You will be responsible for authorising client service rep workflow and ensuring the regulatory functions within group are performed and checked.


Investment banking experience, ideally within derivatives, will ensure the success of this role. You will have had proven supervisory experience, customer service experience, and reconciliations experience. Your equity swaps and collateral management knowledge will be of a high standard.
