This is a fantastic opportunity for a rounded FM professional who can demonstrate a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship management skills and a commitment to delivering a first class manged FM service.

Reporting to the Head of FM for the client, you will be instrumental in running a new financial services account - working closely with the client to manage the delivery of hard and soft services FM within an outsourced contract. The role covers a prestigious HQ site in London with some exposure to other EMEA based locations.

A highly critical environment, successful candidates will need "supply side" experience, ideally gained in a TFM environment (both hard and soft services). Excellent relationship management skills are key and the ability to drive forward initiatives is essential.
