Executive Receptionist/PA - City - London - £23k

An experienced Executive Receptionist/PA is required for a prestigious financial institution based in the heart of the City.

You will be based on a busy Reception area on the Executive floor, were you will need to complete all Reception duties. The successful candidate will also be providing Secretarial support to the Directors and their support teams.

This is a very busy and varied role that requires someone who can multi-task and work well under pressure.

Main task and responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for guests of the CEO and Chairman
Monitoring, prioritising and responding to emails
Assisting the Executive and Personal Assistants of various Board Members when they are in London
Ensuring all relevant documentation is available for meetings, maintaining confidential information, preparing and producing presentations, documentation and correspondence, taking minutes at meetings
Arranging global travel and accommodation
Associated duties to ensure comprehensive office and personal assistance support to the CEO
Full Reception cover, including organising all the meeting rooms
Taking detailed messages and forwarding them on correctly
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors

The successful Executive Receptionist/PA should have proven experience of working within a similar industry and experience of supporting a team.
