Position Accountant - International Compensation Accountant
Salary - £30-50k

An Accountant is required to deputise for International Payroll Manager to manage month end close process for all compensation / payroll items relating to EMEA Pacific region.

Role


This would include:
Preparing necessary monthly working schedules and ensuring postings are made to general ledger.
Manage all month end reconciliations and sign-off on all balance sheet accounts.
Highlight any issues and discuss with International Payroll Manager / Compensation Accountant based in US.

The would be responsible for ensuring following items are recorded correctly on the financial statements:

Monthly payroll and associated payroll taxes.
Year end incentive compensation for EMEA Pacific region.
Deferred compensation and associated amortization expense.
Liaising with the external Auditors pertaining to the year end audit and quarterly reviews.
Management of all SOX processes.


Requirements:

Experience with Journal Entries
CA /ACCA / CIMA qualification
Payroll experience desirable but not necessary
