Looking for a new challenge? If so, this excellent opportunity for a Tax Manager has arisen within a highly respected Top Tier Investment Bank. Our client is a leading global financial services firm with operations in more than 50 countries. The firm is a leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers, small business and commercial banking, financial transaction processing, asset and wealth management, and private equity.

The key responsibilities for the tax Manager include:
-Analyse and review private equity structures and tax strategies for new and prospective UK and/or offshore PE clients
-Prepare/Review UK book-tax reconciliations and tax adjustments (M1)
-Ensure all tax filings and information for client investors are completed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
-Analyse PE tax issues including write-offs and corporate restructurings and actions
-Prepare/Review partners tax allocations
-Prepare/Review quarterly and yearly tax estimates including investors' tax information (for e.g. K- 1s) and tax returns for the fund investment vehicles and GP carry vehicles

The ideal candidate for the Tax Manager position should be qualified with Private Equity Tax experience. You should also have UK tax experience with alternative asset experience (preferably PE)
