Position: Portfolio Administrator - Edinburgh, City Centre
Rate: Up to £25,000 per annum pro rata

A renowned global Investment Management firm is currently sourcing a skilled Portfolio Administrator to work in their City Centre office. The Portfolio Administrator will work with the global Investment Management teams, Settlements Departments and Client Service Departments.

The Portfolio Administrator will be responsible for:

- Reconciling the cash and assets between internal systems and custodian records.
- Resolving differences in ledger and custodian cash records
- Creation of regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external clients
- Advising Portfolio Management on available cash and securities for investment
- Addressing queries from Investment Management, Client Service, Performance, and Clients
- Providing support/input to management fee calculations, investment compliance, and other processes

The Portfolio Administrator should have:

- Excellent reconciliations experience
- Worked within investment administration
- Knowledge of derivatives (advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent numerical ability

This is a contract role for a Portfolio Administrator for 6 months. This role is paying up to £25,000 per annum pro rata and is a Monday - Friday role.
