World renowned Investment Manager has an additional resource requirement in its PMO for a business analyst with a strong background in asset management operating models and business processes. The business is undergoing large scale change over the next two years, and now that the project design phase is nearing completion, extra resources are now required to both co-ordinate the implementation of the new tactical operating model, and to drive the detailed design process. Specific duties will include creating generic tools and templates to support business owners in their execution of processes post-launch, running training sessions and workshops for business users, assisting in the collation of business requirements for future project phases and producing day-to-day project management documentation. You will need to have working knowledge of traditional managed funds as well as hedge funds from an operational perspective, and a track record of working with SME's in transforming high-level conceptual models into practical sets of detailed business processes.
