This leading global corporate and asset management firm who's committed to being the best financial services provider in the world, are now seeking a Legal Entity Accountant to work closely with the US Finance team, the London Finance team which comprises of 18 staff.

Our client provides investment management and related services to institutional and individual clients, company-sponsored mutual funds and other investment vehicles. These products and services are offered directly and through various financial intermediaries. Operations are principally located in the USA and UK with offices also located in Australia, Bahamas, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Dubai, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Poland, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain and Taiwan.

The key responsibilities for the Legal Entity Accountant include:
-Co-ordinate with third party provider to ensure accurate and timely production of monthly
accounts for review by Legal Entity Controller
-Deliver monthly/quarterly reporting to US parent company including subsidiary questionnaires,
supplementary schedules and variance analysis
-Produce monthly margin analysis for Luxembourg fund family
-Liaise with Luxembourg Auditors and TPA to ensure smooth year end audit and addressing auditor queries
-Oversee delivery of statutory accounts prepared by TPA
-Develop management accounts pack for the Board of Directors

The ideal candidate for the Legal Entity Accountant position should be a qualified accountant with experience of UK/US/Luxembourg accounting. Ideally you must also have Asset Management experience and experience in dealing with legal entities.
