Are you a talented Financial Services Sales professional seeking a new challenge in the exciting world of Investment Management? Our client is one of the UK's largest and most successful Asset Managers. They operate across the range of asset classes and have a reputation for delivering superior client service and this opens doors in both the Retail and Institutional marketplaces for their innovative Sales Team. As they seek to develop business and improve client service in the Discretionary Asset Management space the team has identified the need for a Business Development Manager to provide telephone based support to a panel of clients UK wide. This newly created position will see the successful applicant work exclusively on sales growth to discretionary asset managers which will be achieved through outbound and inbound calls to promote new and existing fund range, increase client participation in events and fund manager calls/meetings, provision of targeted marketing materials and attendance and promotional events as required. The dynamism, diversity and superior performance this firm offers means there is always plenty to talk about to their clients about and the incumbent will find it's an environment where targets don't weigh heavily and are more than often surpassed. For this fantastic opportunity we are seeking applications from successful financial sales professionals who have investment knowledge ideally gained within a Fund Management environment. FPC qualification is essential and IMC preferred. First class telephony skills and knowledge of sales techniques will be key to the success of this role.
