Team Secretary - City - London

An experienced Team Secretary is required for a Leading Global Bank based in the heart of the City.

The successful candidate will be providing Team Secretarial support to the PA and sales team. Our client wants someone who is able to take the initiative, think ahead and plan ahead and or course someone who is able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines when needed.

Main task and responsibilities:
Co-ordination of team diaries
Answering telephone and taking accurate messages
Booking of travel
Preparation of expenses
Production of spreadsheet data and mail merge letters for Product Development
Updating and maintaining client contact details
Ordering of stationery
Providing cover for any other team secretary should the need arise
Organising and taking minutes at meetings, as required
Provide any additional ad-hoc support to the team

The successful Team Secretary should have proven experience of working within a similar industry and experience of support a demanding team.
