Administrative Assistant - City - London
An experienced Administrator Assistant is required to work within an Investment Firm, located in the heat of the City.
The successful candidate will be proving Admin support to a team of bankers. This is a very busy and demanding role that requires someone who can work well under pressure and remain calm at all times.
Main tasks and duties will include:
Provide general administrative support to assigned bankers#
Typing confidential documents
Travel/meeting arrangements
Creating expense reports
Mass mailings
Road show coordination
Conference call setup
Provide back-up support to other assistants and supports others in the department as needed.
Participate in other projects as requested by bankers or supervisor, including, but not limited to library research and Internet data requests.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to take the next step up in there career and gain valuable training. The right candidate will have the desire to gain career development and to get involved within the company.
