Position: Telesales Consultant - Glasgow
Salary: To £13,500 with on target earnings of £17,500

Fantastic opportunity to join this expanding organisation who supply outsourced Compliance solutions to the Financial Services industry. You will make business to business calls to obtain appointments for the Field Sales force. You will also deal with inbound enquiries and referrals as well as helping out with marketing campaigns. The salary is to £13,500 with on target earnings of £17,500 plus benefits.


Key responsibilities of Telesales Consultant:

Perform outbound telesales initiatives, creating initial relationships with prospective clients
Achieve both individual and company recruitment targets through careful planning, time management and prospecting
Accurately maintain prospect database
Respond to telephone and e-mail enquiries
Liaise with the Business Development Sales Team
Co-ordinate diaries for the Sales Team's appointments
Pro-actively liaise with clients for quick progression to authorised status
Carry out relevant retention activities with existing clients
Adhere to internal procedures
Contribute to overall business profitability
Ensure own knowledge is enhanced and maintained through relevant continued professional development.
Play an active part in the business, carrying out work to enhance the unit and ensuring information, knowledge, experience and innovation is shared


Key Skills required for Telesales Consultant:

Cold calling / sales experience
Financial Services experience
Excellent telephone manner
Computer literate
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Ability to prioritise
Self motivated and positive
Proactive and supportive attitude to prospective and existing Clients
