An exceptional Investment Analyst is required by the largest property outsourcing company in the UK, they offer a wide range of high quality services and asset management by partnering with clients to provide solutions that add real value to their business. Over the last four years, they have saved clients in excess of £150 million in running costs alone.

As part of a close-knit team, you will be working with Senior Managers and colleagues in the Financial Planning Department providing modelling, analytical and strategic support on a range of operational projects.

The key responsibilities:
-Work with colleagues and to build and use business models to drive decision-making for us and our clients
-Review/assess/simulate complicated contractual provisions and their impact on the risk and return of the company
-Provision of commercially and strategically sound, innovative ideas to improve shareholder wealth
-Review the narrative and cashflows of business cases to ensure the narrative and accompanying
cashflows are congruent
-Presenting quantitative analysis of business opportunities to the Board and other key internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of financial concepts (i.e. NPV, discount rates) and previous experience of business modelling in a consultancy, corporate finance or research environment. This role would be ideal for an experienced modeller who wishes to manage a team delivering modelling and analytical support to an established business.
