The UK's leading wealth manager, serving affluent, high net worth and intermediary clients worldwide, providing international and private banking, fiduciary services, investment management and brokerage, requires an operational assurance manager for Monaco/Geneva/Jersey.

Operational assurance is a team which resides under the COO function within the firm. Its role is to provide operational assurance primarily through the identification and mitigation of risk on all operating platforms across wealth operations.

The role holder will be part of the wealth operations operational assurance team and will be responsible for providing assurance expertise through the use of a working knowledge of risk combined with in depth knowledge of operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of risk & control techniques e.g. Risk assessment, risk mitigation, risk management and strong knowledge of private banking, investment and fund management operations. Proven people management experience would be preferred although not a specific requirement.
