The Group Financial Analyst will support the Group Reporting Manager to deliver management information and analysis on an accurate, complete and timely basis, with particular focus on new business reporting and services contract reporting.

The key responsibilities for the Group Financial Analyst include:
-Production of consolidated accounts and associated monthly flash, full P&L account, balance
sheet, cashflow and 12 month forecast.
-Analytical review of profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow.
-Produce the monthly commentary on P&L and cashflow movements, particularly in relation to new business activities and services business.
-Production of annual budgets and plans

Applications will be considered from finalist or newly qualified accountants with good knowledge
of the latest accounting standards and ideally property management experience.
