A documentation specialist is required by a prestigious international investment bank, based in London.

The credit middle office provides a full and dedicated support to the credit trading business. The individual will be required to establish close working relationships with other internal areas of support, allowing for a proactive approach to the business' requirements, understanding the lifecycles of the products traded and the systems and reporting mechanisms required.

Your key tasks will be to assist the documentation team with regards to all administrative tasks, and ad-hoc functions. You will be responsible for 2nd reviewing of the entire bank's credit derivative document (vanilla and bespoke) drafts, in line with ISDA 1999, 2003, 2004 and 2006 definitions.

Some credit derivatives documentation experience is essential, and you will demonstrate thorough knowledge of the financial market and their working. You will provide support to operations in overseas offices as required.
