Experienced Investment Sales Manager required for an international investment organisation who are expanding their Edinburgh operations. They have a reputation for excellence in advice and execution on a global scale, and have been rated by their staff as a premier organisation to work for. They employ thousands of people around the world and have been instrumental in changing the face of the financial services sector.

This is a newly created, exciting opportunity within the Global Markets team. Global Markets provides specialised investment research and trading in foreign exchange, equities, fixed income and derivatives. From their unique position at the crossroads of the global markets, they create and unlock value for clients with original flow-based research, innovative portfolio strategies, trade process optimization, and global connectivity across multiple asset classes and markets.


As an Investment Sales Manager you will utilise the database of over 1300 existing clients in 40 countries, establish contact to discover what they do and how they use our products. Develop relationships and sell existing and new products to these clients and additional clients.

Specific Duties:

Service Delivery
*Develop & implement plans to target clients
*Work with internal teams to identify sales opportunities & develop sales plans
*Co-ordinate and take part in sales presentations to prospects
*Establish relationships with key clients
*Increase client base and associated revenue
*Identify cross-sell opportunities in conjunction with other areas
*Preparation fee schedules and fee negotiations with clients
*Preparation & review of client contracts
*Coordinate take-on of new clients
*Monitor and report on changes in clients and revenues
*Report on trends among clients for future product development purposes

To be considered for this unique opportunity you should be an Investment Sales professional who has a highly developed understanding of investment and stock market practices and experience of selling complex investment products. A proven track record specifically in Investment product sales is essential.
