This role is working for the Head of the Department and his team of 10 in a very busy environment. You will need to have previous banking experience to MD level, which is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication and organisational skills in order to interact with all levels of management and staff. Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Have the ability to take on responsibility, demonstrate initiative and be able to prioritise your workload.

This position would suit someone who is able to support a Trading Floor indirectly, so a team orientate outlook is required in order to provide back-up and cover for other team members.

Support for the team will include expenses, arranging payment of invoices, diary management and travel arrangements.
