Our client who is a leading property management company requires a Building Manager to oversee the hard and soft services of a prestigious multi-tenanted property within the City. The successful Building Manger must have experience within a facilities or building management role managing both hard and soft services, including front of house, maintenance, M&E, security and cleaning functions.

The Building Manager must have a good knowledge of health and safety legislations and will have a track record of managing contractors and SLA's, along with experience of overseeing service charge budgets. This is an excellent opportunity for a facilities or building management professional to join a successful organisation with a strong reputation within the property and FM market.
