HR Assistant
City based International Law firm
£25-30k plus bens

International law firms with a diverse client base are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Adviser.
The main purpose of the role is to provide support and development to the graduate recruits who come in to the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience of working in a legal environment looking to make a change in to a HR focused role.

The role

Recruitment
Co-ordinating all forms of advertising and resourcing materials within Graduate recruitment
Organise and attend recruitment fairs as well as preparing specific presentations
New joiners
Arrange all aspects of induction
Manage new joiner process and circulation information
Employment Matters
Provide commercial primary level advice to day to day queries regarding policy, practice and process
Assist with the smooth running of the client and international secondment process
Carry out regular data protection audits of employee files
Appraisals/Performance and Development reviews
Assist with the management of the firms appraisal process
General Responsibilities
Assisting in organising student placements scheme
Assist with salary reviews

The successful candidate will have knowledge of the operational running and structure of a law firm. You will also be able to communicate effectively and be able to build effective relationships quickly. In return you will receive support and guidance to help you develop a career in HR in an organisation that encourages development and progression within its staff.
